Am I wrong about this? I thought that strictly following the Swank diet was, in and of itself, enough to keep a person drug (interferon, steroids) free for the rest of their lives. But as I browse through the messages it looks like people are still needing drugs even if they follow Swank.
I follow Swank... and do a bit more than that... and am doing okay. No drugs. But it looks like I can't count on that. What's true?
