I usually have cereal like the Swank granola recipe except I cut back on the oil by 1/2.
If I'm going to be extra busy, I make a turkey sandwich so I get some sustaining protein mixed with the carbs.

Some times for lunch I'll have tuna sand so even tho I'm getting carbs in the bread I am also getting the protein. Or I might have a barbequed chicken breast warmed up with a salad. (Whenever cooking chicken I fix several for meals the next day.)

Good quality carbohydrates are good as long as you are getting the good oils and decent amounts of protein. Brown rice, whole grains, etc. And don't forget>the Swank diet is our best excuse for shrimp. Ha.
