Amy, I don't care if you use it. I am just very thankful I didn't give up that first year and a half when gains were not very apparent. It has paid off in the long haul. In fact, lately I've received several comments on how vibrant I look. I don't think even pre-MS anyone would have called me Vibrant, ha.
I am so thankful also for my neuro who has an open mind and was willing to do research on Swank's diet and plasma therapy. Take care also, Margie
