How closely do people follow it. Also I don;t think I am able to do the no red meat for the first year. Husband loves red meat too much. Also I'm not that great of a cook and feel like there is notheing for me to cook. Also I have very limited time to cook. Please Help. Need Ideas. Also I need to be able to feed my 19 mo old.
