Please do not cheat on diet. I've been reading reports that are now saying that lesion load alone is not truly indicative of progression but atrophy may actually be more accurate. I hope they did an enhanced with dye MRI which would show active lesions and that they compared it with your old MRI. Lesions heal and that is why atrophy is now being looked at more closely.
It is a very good idea to get a copy of the MRI report since some patients have been told things about their MRIs that were not true in an attempt to scare them into getting on one of the drugs.
(And to the person who said the diet seems hard> at first it is difficult until you get used to it, but then it becomes second nature. It is the most effective weapon against MS without bad side effects. You can do it!!!)
