hi all! Boy, it feels good to be back here with everyone who understands all the particulars we face! Please,any ladies out there who have gone thru menopause, or as I am, peri-menopause, while on diet?
This is really, really so hard! I was on natural hormones, which I preferred, for three years...they were great, then stopped working...began a very low dose "activella", made me horribly depressed...now a new one, Loestrin fe, also a low dose birth control, used for peri and menopausal mgmt.~ question is this...since starting it, my tingling and fatigue have increased rather substantially...so, do I discontinue it, afteronly five days, or stick it out a cycle or two? Yikes, this is scary, and awful! Thanks to anyone who might have a word of advise to me...I remember Dr. Swank saying women felt much better when this is all over...i can sure see why!!
