I keep mine also below 10 most of time. I use the tablets for convenience on vacation but I use the real thing every day at home. My nutritionist said this is important (I also get the John Pageler newsletter and he said it was important) for 2 reasons. Purity and cost. I take many supplements so it saves me a little dough to not buy more pills.
Someone told me doing the Omega 3 thing is useless if you're not getting Omega 6 which is found in flax. I take alot of EPO. I would love to eat more fish but I do have elevated levels of mercury in my system. So fish scares me a little.
