Thank you Nicole for your good wishes. This sounds silly, but I think the problem is that I look too good, too okay. I think he looks at me and figures since I look so good, can't I do it all like before?
The son and mother in law thing is one of those situations where I have to stop being concerned about their reactions or feelings and know inside I'm doing all I can, but it isn't so easy to do. It has been a long, long time since I've felt bad thanks to the diet, so I guess I just have to persevere.
